Kiel is a NENA ENP, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and sits on the CALNENA Executive Board. He began his dispatch career in 2005 and specializes in project management, data analytics, change management, and technology implementation.
JP Cockrell

JP began her dispatch career in 2006 and has worked every position in the PSAP, from call-taker to Director. She specializes in Fire and EMS operations and leadership, and has extensive experience in both public and private dispatching environments.
