As a Member, you’ll:

• Keep us abreast of issues facing 9-1-1 today
• Provide feedback on new things we want to try
• Help us conduct surveys and research
• Write blog posts, if you’re into that kind of thing
• Propose the next great idea(s)

We want to do things that just aren’t done in dispatch centers today, and some of the ideas we come up with are game-changers. We need you to help us focus those ideas and make them great. Some of the ideas we come up with are absolute clunkers, or are too crazy to work in the current climate. Who We Are

Kiel and JP founded RFact in 2017 with a simple goal: make 9-1-1 better for everyone, especially those on the front lines. Like most (or all) dispatch center managers and supervisors, we dealt with the same issues: insufficient staffing, bad tech, low morale, sometimes poor employee performance. After dealing with consultants that gave us generic answers that wouldn’t solve our issues, we decided there had to be a better way. We believe in questioning everything. We believe in being brave and taking chances. We know the same old problems don’t get solved with the same old solutions, and we are working hard to disrupt the industry.
